The following temple ruins are located in Siem Reap Province, most within the boundaries of the Angkor Archaeological Park near Siem Reap City. The temple sites with the Angkor Archaeological Park represent the ruins of the ancient Angkorian capital cities of the Khmer Empire (9th-13th century AD) and include the most famous Khmer temples including Angkor Wat and Bayon. The temple is an object of pride for Cambodia, its depiction appears on the national flag. It is a richly decorated, very large temple; the total temple area including the moat measures 1.5 kilometers long by 1.3 kilometers wide, or a total of about 2 square kilometers. Angkor Wat is the biggest Hindu temple in Cambodia.
Upon arrival at the arrival halls you will be met by your local guide and driven to your hotel for check in.( Subject based on room availability ) ,Start your visit to South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon, Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. Today we drive to visit Kbal Spean, 50km northeast of Siem Reap or 18km from Banteay Srei. The original “River of Thousand Lingams”, Kbal Spean is an intricately carved riverbed deep in the foothills of the Cambodian jungle. Visit to Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art. Then continue your visit to Banteay Samre, build in the third quarter of the 12th century. it consists of a central temple with four wings preceded by a hall and accompany by two libraries, the southern example remarkably well preserved. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Breakfast at the hotel. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon, Neak Poan. Afternoon – visit Krovan, Royal Bath of Srah Srang and Banteay Kdei temples. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Breakfast at hotel – visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Visit the village and take an excursion in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia, and Les Artisan D’ Angkor. Free & leisure at your own time for rolling at local markets or shopping until transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure. End of service!
