CYCLING CROSS THE RIVER

Cycling to escape the busy traffic road and cross some districts and villages toward East-south of Siem Reap City. Exploring what are different from village to village of Khmer lifestyles and cultures. What will you see on the way that cause you wondering and amazing. On this track you will meet the oldest temple Bakong that is the first temple mountain of sandstone constructed by rulers of the Khmer Empire, built in 9 century AD. Then Experience with boat trip crossing the Tonle Sap river to another beyond. You’re getting the real experience with our country track and fun on this trip.
The distance is approximately 55km on the mainly flat tracks and small roads. We will have some stops for water break and photos.
Day 1
BIKE TO EXPLORE COUNTRYSIDE
The morning 07:30, the bike leader welcome and pick up you from the hotel to Wat Damnak; where we get the bike and start cycling. We ride on small track into villages that’s countryside area and toward one oldest temple Bakong. After visit the temple we then continue biking to river boat port and getting on boat with our bike to visit the amazing fisher-village that’s located in the middle of mangrove forest. Breaking with our lunch box at local restaurant there. Ready lunch we then drive the boat to cross the Tonle Sap River to another beyond and then start our bike to the city. Finished biking tour at Wat Damnak and then you are transferred to the hotel.
